Welcome to the Cranky Cockpit Club.

We 3D-print these ourselves in-house, and each one is made from flesh-toned, UV-resistant PETG filament, built to handle sun, wind, and wild aerial adventures. We print them in ultra-thin layers to lock in those crisp details, and keep them feather-light thanks to using minimal infill.

Our pilots arrive unpainted and ready to be customized with your choice of enamel or acrylic paints.
We've shown painted examples of each below to give you inspiration—just don’t judge our paint jobs too harshly. Yours will almost certainly look better!

They're available in 6 sizes/scales - from 1/8 to 1/3.
Individual weight is an average of .2 ounces (5.6 grams) for the 1/8 size, up to an average of 4.9 ounces (138.9 grams) for the 1/3rd size.

Psycho Pete

Dr. Dingbat

Dr. Dingbat built his plane out of recycled lab equipment, duct tape, and something he calls “quantum peanut butter.” His lab goggles are welded to his forehead (for safety), and his lab coat doubles as a flight suit. He features goggles and quite the mustache.

Nitromethane Norman

Norman isn’t your average pilot — he’s a glow-fueled legend at the field. With calloused thumbs, he brings his battle-scarred engine to life with one flip and a puff of blue smoke. Rumor has it that his ring-finger doubles as a glow-plug ignitor. He features a flying cap, goggles, and a control stick.

Captain Corkscrew

He was born in a wind tunnel and built his first model airplane entirely from rotating egg beaters and duct tape. Later, he earned the nickname Corkscrew after performing a high-speed barrel roll in flight school... entirely by accident while reaching for a snack. He features a captain's cap, shirt and tie.
